THE FUNDING CAUSES OF FVN of Citrus County

The Benevolent Fund

FVN has set up a Benevolent Fund in order to be able to offer a small amount of financial assistance to our members in time of need. Because FVN, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, is deciding who receives funds, rather than donors, makes contributions to this fund tax-deductible for donors. By directing the donations into a benevolence fund, FVN retains control over how the funds are directed, which makes the donations tax-deductible.

FVN BRICK & MORTAR LOCATION

The goal is to attain a physical “home,” a brick-&-mortar space where we can proudly display our organization’s signage, for the Citrus County community to have a visible awareness of our organization. This will be a place for us to welcome those veterans who come to join our group & become a part of our mission.

FEMALE VETERAN SCHOLARSHIPS

In 2022 the Female Veterans Network (FVN) is pleased to offer a scholarship to Citrus County High School graduating Senior JROTC women. Each of the three High Schools in Citrus County Citrus High School, Crystal River High School, and Lecanto High School) will be eligible to receive one scholarship.
